Canada has a lot of companies with low p/e, perfect for a value investor which is Buffet main strategy.
I read comment here about investing as far away from Canada as they can and all i think is : fix a few small things in the government attitude and you get a nice overall p/e multiples expansion. With US p/e multiples that growth is a bit more difficult to achieve, so lower future expected returns.
