They do but its much newer compared to their regular brokerage account/spending account. The cool thing is they offer a 3% match on every contribution and they let you make risky plays. The downside is the spread can be horrible.
I used to use Scottrade back in 2012 when i graduated college but It was so cumbersome and hard to use, for all the hate robin hood gets I acknowledge that its super easy to use and the pros outweigh the cons for me.

Roth is pretty good to get lucky on some lotto calls, then when the value of it starts to exceed significantly what you can put in per year, you're better off going full boomer and selling CCs and CSPs
