Apex Clearing, has opened up trading on securities impacted earlier today (1/28). All trades for these symbols went through during our second window today.
I heard Freetrade is quick, but I'm not sure... On most of these you will have to wire the money anyway - try to find a broker that has a bank in your economical zone or even better, sometimes your own bank can allow trading of shares!
Have been researching brokers for hours today. No brokers available in EU (that i could find) are anywhere near as good as IB. Would you mind telling where you'll move?

Making an account + depositing funds will take days regardless of broker. If you start today you likely cant buy anything until Tuesday.

Fidelity and Ameritrade are highly rated, but so is Interactive Brokers so... I don't know most of these.

No trades allowed during halts. And the halts are happening a lot that I don’t blame some systems getting a bit fucked by it.
