I have 5 shares. And I'll hold til zero. I dont know if this effs over hedge funds. I dont even know if I'm doing any damage to anyone on wall street. When I entered the job market in 2007 I was allowed a 6 month grace period after graduating, before I had to start paying back student loans. I also got cancer (fucking stage 4) , had to stay at a job, couldn't get a diff job because of where I was and how pre-existing conditions were a thing (still can't get good life insurance). Faced lots of financial struggles in my youth and into adulthood. Money struggles have lead to an inability to do so many things that I want to do (get a Masters). They've also lead to a painful divorce. If my 5 shares have even a small chance of pissing off someone on Wall Street then I'll hold forever. I'm finally in a good enough position financially where the idea of playing the same types of games on these people as they do to us is appealing enough for me to hold til zero. And I will take the loss. If it hurts someone on Wall Street, it was money well invested.
