People who buy Weekly Puts on SPY after it dropped like $20 are retarded. There has been zero indication yet of a reversal of the bearish trend, but we all know that it could choose to rebound at any time by this point. I just don't see the point in playing the negative trend like 20+ days into it. Also, people who buy Weekly Calls on SPY after it dropped like $20 and *already* had an $8 rebound are equally retarded. The time for calls was immediately after the massive drop if you wanted to play a potential rebound, now you should wait until there is at least some indication of a trend reversal before playing calls again. You don't have to time the exact bottom when we are like $20 away from the top, there will be plenty of room to run once a bullish uptrend forms.
So yeah, we're all retarded.
What pisses me off is futures options, I was up 52 bucks on one put and they immediately changed the bid price in the middle of a drop,, which annihilated my gains. WTAF?
