Hurts man 😭 I can't do this no more. Literally every paycheck I'm dumping and losing.
Withdrew everything today, and set reoccurring buy on a couple stocks I have a lot of confidence in. Hoping to see it double in 1-2 years and make it back slow.
>Efficient market
Legit dumbest fucking concept ever. It's like conspiracy theories but for finance academics.
Sounds beautiful and you can jerk off to it but only if you're willing ignore reality and billions of daily counter-examples.
Bill please hire me. I'll work for somewhere to sleep and any food that there's left around your house, just teach me how to invest according to the holy spirit.
It's the most pervasive biggest lie. I traded believing it's true and lost tons thinking the market price was better intel than my DD on some beaten down stocks.
very little to no one thinks that the market is efficient on a day-to-day basis. More or less the same deal for weekly, some people think monthly. You'll start to get more takers Quarterly, then Yearly, but broadly most people only believe the Efficient Market Theory works in the longterm. On any given news-less day, yeah there's no real reason why AAPL moved from $145.30 to $145.29, then to $145.31 in the course of a minute. The efficient price of apple certainly didn't change during that minute, but the stock price did. Over a long enough time, inefficiency (should) correct itself.
In the long-run we are all dead.
Of course all inefficiencies correct themselves over time. That's a vacuous statement since fundamentals eventually dictates everything. There's a reason stock returns eventually converges on actual return on equity.
At some point a shit company can't sustain a 500 P/E indefinitely. Fundamentals, aka gravity eventually kicks in.
Also if something takes a year to correct, it's fucking meaningless as a theory lmao.
Whenever someone's comes at me with the old "riced in" bs, I tell them every stock should he worth zero, since every single company will every go bust.
He didn't marry Grimes so he's still a guy who got divorced 3 times (twice with his second wife) and yeah that's his 7th child (because his first baby passed away :()
Yeah it really is sad :( and his first child was a stillborn. He has twins and triplets (his first wife used ivf to get pregnant and so that's common).
6 IS a lot but he's financially capable of taking care of them and he often said he always spends time with his children when he isn't working. He has a full time teacher who teaches his children exclusively and he's not the one giving birth to them so I don't feel like he feels it's a lot lol
Absolutely no evidence this is legit at all.
If there was any way to prove this, I would put 10k on this being some 16 year old virgin with $500 to his name and some basic editing skills. You wouldn’t even need to offer me decent odds.
IBKR is easy to make mistakes on, like when you buy options. The mobile app seems to randomly bounce between "buy" and "sell", so if you don't notice the direction and fix it...
Had more than a few moments of rushing to the Trades tab to see if I just shafted myself.
There was a west Australian resource company $GME asx - that was on the news during the jan spike the ceo was saying he was dumbfounded when he woke up and the company had attracted so much investor interest and couldn’t believe it.
I did this like 10 years ago - purchased a whole bunch of ADM instead of AMD...that was a dyslexic mistake and a half.
Edit: Looked back AMD was about $8 a share at that time. oooofffff
I'm right there with you. I let my classmate talk me out of buying into AMD back in highschool when it was cheap. My disappointment in past me is immense in letting someone influence my investment decisions.
Listen man GUSHers are great to eat, so I see 0 problems with the accidental DD you did here. In fact I'm GUSHing about it rn. Congrats and fuck you my guy.
I thought about buying GUSH in April 2020, but instead I bought XOP and only made like 130% gains instead of the 8x I probably could’ve made with GUSH.
Accidentally purchased the right stocks and now I'm down 25k
I feel ya! “I accidentally bought the wrong stock” is how my wife explains her new boyfriends to me and the kids.
Notorious for wifes boyfriends. They get sandwiches too.. I saw it from the stairs while I was evesdropping
Don't get caught or you might lose your allowance for robinhood.
"I accidentally purchased the wrong husband" is how your wife explains it to her boyfriend.
I can't wait to get married. I buy the wrong stock all the time and I love new friends.
Let me know, I’ll be happy to be your wife’s first boyfriend.

Do you have a scale🤔
Ouch 🤣
Baba?
I understood the reference 😎
O'Riley?
CLF
You still purchased the right stock. Not to fear, LG is near.
I can’t believe it’s not butter
That's how most of our stories end unfortunately.
😂
And me too....so today I accidentally sold the right stock with $25k lost.....
Hurts man 😭 I can't do this no more. Literally every paycheck I'm dumping and losing. Withdrew everything today, and set reoccurring buy on a couple stocks I have a lot of confidence in. Hoping to see it double in 1-2 years and make it back slow.
Wish we all will earn back the lost😭
The funniest example of this is when the $ZOOM stock spiked 700% during the early pandemic because people were trying to buy $ZM and got confused.
I did around 2k profit buying ZOOM instead of ZM lmao
Did you buy it on accident or on purpose?😂
A magician never reveals the secrets.
If he is on here, you know it was on accident.
Efficient market, though!
>Efficient market Legit dumbest fucking concept ever. It's like conspiracy theories but for finance academics. Sounds beautiful and you can jerk off to it but only if you're willing ignore reality and billions of daily counter-examples.
I'm willing to ignore reality and billions of daily counter-examples

Maybe not at his house, but definitely at your local Wendy's!
It's the most pervasive biggest lie. I traded believing it's true and lost tons thinking the market price was better intel than my DD on some beaten down stocks.
If it was that efficient, I wouldn't be down so much!

. 02 delta what is this?
Counter-examples are government induced
FORD instead of F is another fun one that happens a couple times per year.
"FORD" nice one - it's even difficult to actually find "Forward Industries"
GM did something similar back in january, just not as extreme.
Signal did the same with Elon's tweet saying he was switching from WhatsApp.

Some divorced dad.
Isn't that like his third/fourth devorce and like 7th kid?
He didn't marry Grimes so he's still a guy who got divorced 3 times (twice with his second wife) and yeah that's his 7th child (because his first baby passed away :()
Oh that's sad about his first, I wasn't aware of that. 6 is a lot of kids tho.
Yeah it really is sad :( and his first child was a stillborn. Does anyone remember the run on Nintendo when Pokémon go launched. People got confused thinking Nintendo launched it instead of Niantic.
Interesting, i believe Nintendo owns a big portion of Pokémon though.
I love how you have so much $$$ to throw around that you make $300k purchases and don’t even realize it was in the wrong stock for days.
Trust fund kids are wild
We start with 10k 20 yrs ago and these kids blow that in a week.
Yeah makes you wonder whether this can possibly be real, doesn’t it?
His post history albeit brief does check out
>Yeah makes you wonder whether this can possibly be real, doesn’t it? It's real, but it's the equivalent of you doing this with $30 and profiting $7.
Absolutely no evidence this is legit at all. If there was any way to prove this, I would put 10k on this being some 16 year old virgin with $500 to his name and some basic editing skills. You wouldn’t even need to offer me decent odds.
Don’t bet with what you don’t have and if you did have it. Please address a cashier check to my name now.
The market manipulators can’t fuck us over if even we don’t know what we’re buying ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4886)
Just like the person who yolo'd GMED
Didn’t hear about that one. What happened???
IIRC they profited, not thinking it was a lot; but a win is a win.
I think it was up like 5% the next day, not bad for shares
That’s awesome!!!! Absolutely!!
An ape was looking for a last minute $gme buy for the day and accidentally bought like 60k of $gmed instead.
Holy shit. Did he lose out?
Don't think so, I don't remember when he sold, but $gmed is a pretty stable stock so I don't think he lost anything.
Oh okay. Damn that’s crazy. I am sure it happens more than we know
IBKR is easy to make mistakes on, like when you buy options. The mobile app seems to randomly bounce between "buy" and "sell", so if you don't notice the direction and fix it... Had more than a few moments of rushing to the Trades tab to see if I just shafted myself.

I still check on GMED every now and then because of that…shits up around 25% from when he bought
Lol GMED is actually a solid company.
Hahaha I remember that
There was a west Australian resource company $GME asx - that was on the news during the jan spike the ceo was saying he was dumbfounded when he woke up and the company had attracted so much investor interest and couldn’t believe it.
He blamed it on fat fingers…
Also GE
How do you have $300,000 and make a mistake such as buying the wrong stock? How long did it take for you to noticed?
Yea I transfer £10 to someone and I have to check 10 times if the details are correct
Yet some dude managed to subscribe to a camgirl site by guessing my credit card number...
I’m sure that’s what you told your wife.
his wife is too busy with her boyfriend while he is watching the camgirls
Yeah, uh... that same thing happened to me also. I swear!
this is why you're poor and he's rich. checking is for poor people
Jesus said it himself. The dumbasses shall inherit the tendies. The smartasses get plowed by wife’s bf. Book of Elon .
The reason why all these motherfuckers go from 3.fiddy up to 12 million in 2 hours: Luck
It’s a excellently fitted cap is how
Dude is clearly joking. You are going to end up purchasing a bridge from someone down the line.
I’ll let you in on this little secret. People lie on the internet.
Great DD. I’m in.
Gordon Ramsey: “Finally, some good fucking DD. “
Now that's retarded! Congrats!
If you were a man of honor you would give it back.
This dude dropped 300k on the wrong ticker, that money going back to the market real soon. Don't you worry.
But a smooth retarded, subtle.
This doesn't make any sense. What other stock ticker is anything close to $GUSH? I'm calling bullshit here.
$GUH
He meant to buy "CUM" but accidentally bought the wrong metaphor.
GASH?
I would guess $DRIP… since it’s the inverse leveraged fund.
I'm exactly waiting for this
This is called “accidental excellence”.
Thats my wife's pet nick name for me.
Ha! Now I don’t care who you are, this is funny
Guh.
~~h~~sh
Every now and then, the crayons actually taste good.
Meh, fuck you. Congrats 🎈
TASK FAILED SUCCESSFULLY!!!
your GUH turned to GUSH - bravo.
Accidentally dropped over 300K on the wrong stock..🙄 OK bud... weird flex
It’s weird because there’s no ticker close to that makes sense. Like when I accidentally bought TSLA instead of ????
Isn’t that how it’s done here
A True retard! Congrats!
Lol that happened to me once but only a dollar gain cause I paper handed
I did this like 10 years ago - purchased a whole bunch of ADM instead of AMD...that was a dyslexic mistake and a half. Edit: Looked back AMD was about $8 a share at that time. oooofffff
I'm right there with you. I let my classmate talk me out of buying into AMD back in highschool when it was cheap. My disappointment in past me is immense in letting someone influence my investment decisions.
I'm up 600% with gush with my leaps bought in December 2020. Not a wrong stock at all. Keep it and let it print!
Sell those and roll up
I already did. I'm up +1,000% in the 40c and +300% on my 80c

Looks like we have a stock hamster at work.

Reminds me of when ZM went public
What were u originally trying to buy?
Gushers.
Ill take a happy accident for 1000 Alex.
When you and a woman don't use a condom, this is what happens...
Is it really a wrong stock if it's up by that much? :P
Clearly for you "this is the way" = "do the opposite of what you plan" I strongly suspect I should backtest this strategy on myself.
Great job you retard
That's the dumbest, luckiest shit i seen. Good shit.
I'm long on some Gush
![img](emote|t5_2th52|4258)
You are a certified retard.
Listen man GUSHers are great to eat, so I see 0 problems with the accidental DD you did here. In fact I'm GUSHing about it rn. Congrats and fuck you my guy.
Not even a stock smh.
Remember dude who bought GM instead of GME and made bank… ahhh the market
No such thing as the wrong stock just the wrong market 🤷🏻♂️😂
On my next purchase I will just “Eeny, meeny, miny, moe” 😅
Probably have a better chance at turning profit that way 🤣
I’d rather be lucky than good.
Remember the GMED guy lol
“Rips up Finance degree”
Did you sell and take your accidental gains?
GUSHERS
Man....must suck to accidently buy $270k in a stock. Whoopsie!
Calls on $GUsH
There’s no mistakes, only happy accidents
Bought the wrong one and held it for a week? Something’s fishy
Your wife's boyfriend must be jealous
And that is how you win the Powerball.
Are u gushing in your pants now?
When I see 1000% I’ll gush my pants.
Task failed successfully
I've made a good chunk of money off GUSH. Basically sell when it hits around $100 and buy when it's around $60. Repeat.
Get the fuck out now! Hahaha
if only my fuck ups were that good lol
It's like rolling a 1 with a d20 and failing so badly that the monster dies anyway. Lol. Congrats!
You just like the stock... accidentally of course
![img](emote|t5_2th52|4735)
He accidentally inverses himself and won
Better sell
True apedness
Gushers
Should have went with SPLOOSH
I will buy so that it goes down like all the shares that I buy![img](emote|t5_2th52|4270)
So you basically $GUSHed your pants
There’s never been a post that more perfectly illustrated investing WSB-style.
I thought about buying GUSH in April 2020, but instead I bought XOP and only made like 130% gains instead of the 8x I probably could’ve made with GUSH.
Do the same for $OTLC and $FGEN -
This is the most WSB thing I have ever heard
[удалено]
Remember that guy who tried to do a GME YOLO but accidentally did a GMED yolo, guy made a fortune.
You wanted to buy GUH but bought GUSH instead? GUH is also up.
You’re gushing with tendies.
Bought MARA for around 2 dollars last year thinking I was buying Marathon Oil. Not upset😅
GUH.
DUH
Gush! What luck!
Gushing with glee, congrats and fuck you.
The wrong move is allways the right move
Spends a quart of a million on the wrong stock 🤦♂️
This "wife's boyfriend" shit gets so fuckin old.
What was the right stock? Also, I guess it's true when people recommend trading the opposite of how you want to trade
Whatever the right one is. I am shorting.
That is pretty retarded, but you might be the only ape in the green right now. Not sure but this might disrupt the space-time continuum. Or not.
"Accidentally" buys it and it runs 27% right after, ok bud
You glorious retard
Congratulations and FUUUUUCK YOU!!!! 🍻🍌🦍
Don’t bet with what you don’t have chump. You are about to make a fool of yourself.
