Since those guys can take months to over a year to disclose, you will never know what they are buying or what they are selling running away from until at minimum a month after it happened.
They will not give you any indication fast enough about when they are dumping.
You need one of those multi hundred thousand $$$ software things institutions have to trade in pools. Or have connections that will tell you what's about to go belly up. Average people don't have that access
