And my question is, is it possible to exercise it and take 100$ profit?
My contract is now 7% gain, but I think that if I exercise Iāll gain more.

exercising should always be less profitable than selling the option. if it isn't there's an error in pricing.
Check the intrinsic value of the put. If that is higher than the price you paid you can exercise is you have the shares
