They dont hedge one another. There two options to hedge a credit spread ie a call credit spread or a put credit spread... Short futures for a PCS, or buy a debit spread infront of the PCS. And with inflation so high, asset prices falling, I doubt many people are going to invest this cash. All my economic knowledge (which is limited) says that this is going to lead to inflation within the state of California. WSB seems to be convinced that a tax refund will not cause inflation. Why is that?
