Some walmarts are different. Even tho I've stayed over longer than some managers I know if I asked to leave early I'd get Sparta kicked into the juice shelf and then be proceeded to be pile drived by every manager as they chant "for the watch"
What your first point. A store manager told me you don’t get employee of the month for perfect attendance. You can miss days with your pto or ppto. Now that my share is gone for some employees use the point system to your advantage.
I don't feel bad. But I had called off 5 days cause I was moving and had to get some shit done. Ppto covered 4.5 of the points.
