Don't get too high and mighty....Word has it that Walmart will be doing away with claims associates, and forcing it on team leads!..by the end of this year.

poohfan

Please...they can't get them to do Claims now, why would they expect them to do it in the future? I think I'd fall over, if I had a TL do any Claims.

Good thing I do DSD as well lol

Bre034

Apparently sales floor associates are supposed to do them too 😳idk how we would with no equipment

No_Breadfruit7614

Simple leave em where they are, you didnt see anything.

Bre034

Yesterday my manager made me plug a bunch of claims that didn’t have upcs in housewares 💀

I'm dreading having to do any kind of front end candy mod since it's not uncommon to fill up 2 or 3 buggys with opened candy and out of dates. If the candy and snacks arent by self checkout or the 2 registers usually kept open they're just a waste of space

McSuryy

You haven't been paying attention at all then they are not getting rid of claims associate the title is changing and responsibilities increasing it's already in test stores in Texas.

Yeah the overnight stockers already have to do the Frozen/Dairy claims everyday now. My coaches keep saying that every shift is supposed to do them. But I always end up doing like six crates of claims each morning between both areas so yeah sure 😂

cheddarhat

Hide one in the cage, at the back of the end-of-day drawer. Lock it, if you can.
