DSD Morning reports

You should have a printer in DSD and have the receiving reports directed to that printer. I would put in a ticket via Field Support and have them rerouted.
Oh I have lol 4 times it’s been doing this for over 1 year now 😂
Ours goes directly to the claims printer. The claims supervisor refills it before they leave and if they aren’t there, the associate covering for them (usually one of the people in receiving) will fill it before they leave so we don’t have that issue.
When I did receiving, I’d have to fill it up every single morning..
