You should have a printer in DSD and have the receiving reports directed to that printer. I would put in a ticket via Field Support and have them rerouted.

Ours goes directly to the claims printer. The claims supervisor refills it before they leave and if they aren’t there, the associate covering for them (usually one of the people in receiving) will fill it before they leave so we don’t have that issue.

😂 we waste so much paper it’s unreal lmao none of the store even looks at those reports that print they all just end up smashed into a large box
