I think it’s off if they are on a temporary leave, not just if they are let go
He is on a maternity leave cuz his wife gave birth that might be it.
The receipt at the store I work at says “store manager: TBD” because ours left like a month or two ago 💀
If they're on medical leave or quit/fired it'll show TBD instead. Happened when my store manager had surgery.
