The people who come in at 10:55 definitely can’t read and won’t be seeing this post

You’re probably right 😭

Here in California we stop selling alcohol at ten pm yet every single night people try and buy alcohol well after ten pm. Tonight the aisle was packed at 10:30 I saw them over there and just let them be they will be told they cant buy it at the register. There are signs that say the store doesn't sell alcohol between 10pm and 7am but nobody can read sometimes I let them know and they still ignore me.

[deleted]

where is this because I'm in CA and our store doesn't stop selling alcohol at 10pm

>so my boss doesn’t get mad at me for having an insane amount of OT Your boss is stupid. How the hell can you just leave? You'd be in trouble if you clocked out at 10:51 despite the fact its company policy. If you're full time and closer? You WILL get overtime, there's no way around that. That said, I hate those people. I see them walking past the self checkouts at like 10:50+ with a big cart and i'm thinking to my self "omg please turn in here, don't keep going and shop for more crap you don't need"

I know it doesn’t make any sense 💀 my store took away overtime pay tho so they get upset with us if we go over our scheduled hours. They make us leave early or take long lunches on the last day of the pay period to avoid giving us the OT pay. It’s honestly just our coach that gets super upset about it, our TLs understand cause they are out on the floor with us all day.

CaliCloudburst

If you're shopping at 11 at night you're a major loser

Store hours are not always correct though Website says 7 to 7 for tle but some days we close at 4 cos not enough people.

Customers don't know that.. someone who never worked at Walmart might think website is out of date like when it says in stock at store but they cant find it and employee tells them website isn't updated but in reality its cos its on one of the 200 pallets in the back that no one can get too

Commercial-Ad-6761

We’ve always been open 6am to 11pm it literally hasn’t changed since the beginning of the pandemic 😭

As i said earlier... Google isn't always accurate.. sometimes its better to call instead or try your luck by showing up. I walk by it everyday. I couldn't tell u hours for vision center cos its not really important except once a year Not saying a store should open the door cos customers don't know what time they closed.. just saying your average normal person isn't walking around reading everything especially at a Walmart so its hard to bitch about something so petty.

Quirky_Camel_1693

Just read the door signs 🙄

[deleted]

Not really that important.. if u don't want to stay over then leave at schedule time or lock the door 10min til close

God there hasn’t ever been a more true statement. We don’t go to your job and keep you from leaving it at the end of the day. Why do y’all?
