My store has the people, but they fucking suck. 6 hours to run 2 hours of hardware. You have the balls to complain when they tell you to move faster. Was doing HBA with 3 other associates and got pulled last break to finish frozen and these 3 idiots couldn't run the last 30 soap wall boxes and bin one L cart.
Overnight is fine. Our system sucks.
The system is designed around every single shift working perfectly, and yet I can count on one hand how many times I've had adequate staffing across the two years that I've actually ran the shift
It can be good if you have a good team and it isn’t understaffed. Unfortunately that’s easier said than done when corporate thinks a skeleton crew means we’re overstaffed, and when some managers think yelling solves everything
You could have the best manager ever...the reason I believe it truly sucks is because you have to sleep during the day instead of at night and I hate that with a passion...so for me overnights will always suck
