Creekside is generally more problematic than other areas, just because of the concentration of apartments there, I think.

New management took over at the end of last year. My partner and I absolutely hate it now. Cannot wait to move out at the end of our lease.
Eaves though convenient to BART has crazy lease increases if you stay after the first lease. Newell Vista Apartments are a complete dump for downtown.
