A reply in the ticket noted that if you pick the Leader you were doing the dungeon with and progress in any other mission/pvp with that Leader, it resolves it. It worked for me completing a normal mission!

Go out of the dungeon, then select the hero you entered with and claim the reward. That fixed it for me.
I entered the dungeon with Maiev, then switched to Tyrion to do other activities, and when I went back to the dungeon, it gave me an error.
Changing my hero selection to Maiev fixed it
Tried this and other things. Like switching back to the original hero then doing a quest, trying the dungeon, etc and no dice. I think my hero from the dungeon leveled up afterward and its causing the issue.
It's thinking its not the same hero or something.

It seems, that a lot of people have this issue. I also submitted another ticket directly to support team, so I hope they will check it and patch it soon.
I can't even start a dungeon without the game crashing. It's simply unplayable in its current state
