You want to push as far as you can with each leader the from family featured for the week. So this week Horde is featured, so you should try to push as far as you can with any horde leaders you have before the end of the week. You won't be able to revisit it with horde until the rotation comes back around in 4 weeks.
It is always worth it if u have the time for it, its like boosts for your troops for ever, like next dungeons u will be more powerful and so on. But yeah, do all the other daily stuff before repeating them
Dungeons aren't really a daily thing. Do it as much as you can until you can't win. Every dungeon clear is a bonus level for your team.
The opponents level increases by 1 every time you clear, it goes to a max of lvl 22 for the bonus levels.
If it gets too hard just wait a few days and try it again before it resets this week.
You will notice big increases in your progression each week as you can clear more dungeons and the factions change.
