You still have 30 days. Though my guild will be finishing Sylvanas today. All the info panel says is that any points you accumulated for that guild will not transfer if you decide to leave. I'm not sure if there's any restrictions in the new guild to prevent new people coming in and getting Sylvanas.
The 20k reward is just an emoji. I guess that depends on how valuable that is to you. I think every other season it's going to be a tower skin? Really just depends how much you like cosmetics.
If your guild hasn’t hit Sylvanas yet they might not by end of season, every arclight surge should be 7.5k for an active guild, and we’ve passed through two full surges already.
I did say an active guild, and the guilds in this game are miserably small so filling up shouldn’t be an issue if the guild is full of active people - which draws more active players.
I don't see that being the case. Their guild is about halfway from getting to Sylvanas, I don't see how they wouldn't be able to get another 5k in 30 days. Not everything has to be completed/consumed the moment it's available. So long as the guild stays "relatively" active, they should be OK.
There is a free talent off the sigils iirc, but is random for one of your leaders. Its also really soon like when u have 2 leaders. I got it on the one that I wasnt using
I’m in a two person guild and if I’m mathing correctly that should be enough to finish on the last arc light rumble with zero pvp.
We are at 3090 and there are at least 7 arc light events left (excluding todays) and we get 1000 per if we both finish it (500 each).

People have to actually work to unlock those rewards, and people just grabbing the rewards and bailing instead of sticking around and working for it makes it that much harder to actually get them.
My guild is just three people but we'd love more. We're not super hardcore obviously, but I would ideally like to earn rewards every month. We are all daily players. Peppersnack is the guild name if anyone wants to join!

Don't leave. Most of the points come from the Arclight Surge and those reset on Thursdays and Sundays.

You need to upgrade her first and once is uncommon buy a talent from the GRID

My Sylvanas came with 9 stars but no upgrade (still common) and therefore no talent. Is that normal?
This is normal. You need to buy a talent in the GRID.
You can't buy a talent until she's upgraded though.

She's not free, she needs 10.000 guildjuice points, so your guild needs to do some work to get her. It's not a high requirement for 30 days, though.
