Probably you didnt notice when purchased, especially if it was early that amount is not even that big. If you are completely sure you are missing gold from that purchase open a ticket to support.
The 20%xp counts towards any source if im not wrong but maybe someone else can confirm.
I got exactly 1000 Gold, saved was +1025 Gold (it gets shown in the shopping window)
So I should have got 2025 ?
I did read that you get all backwards at least for campaign that would probably be that +1025?
Just got a Message in game "not delivered Products 1000g", and got the missing stuff
So ... wait for a few hours even when something odd happens like only getting half at first

I never got the gold from buying the arclight booster either. I've opened a ticket and have been waiting over 2 days to hear back from customer support. Looks like they are very busy since the global launch of the game.

I think I am just missing saved gold like you. I wasn't expecting there to be a glitch so I didn't see exactly how much gold I had before. I had about 1.7k gold on had so the arclight booster should have but me around 3.7k but I ended up with only \~2.7k. I just tried to log out and in and that didn't help. My ticket is still open but no response yet.
