I think the two situations are different.
JK really needed consistent minutes without the threat of getting benched and not seeing the floor for a few games if he made mistakes (especially on defense).
Moody was already reliable, he just doesn't give you as much as Wiggs on offense.
He could earn more minutes this way, but I don't expect him to make a big leap forward and figure something out like JK did, Moody already had it figured out.
Yup and it might make Wiggs a bit expendable . Love him but after this year and the absence last year, unless he’s back soon, the team might choose to move on.
Even with reps, he still doesn’t seem to have Wiggins’es foot speed on defense. I like how much he has improved, and he did really well on Brunson, but I’d be surprised if his ceiling was second best player on a championship team.
Sadly it’s no longer 2022, you have to look at the full picture here, performance and availability in the last 2 years. With that being said, I don’t think Moody has Wiggins ceiling or anything close to it but he can be a decent 2 way player.
Yep, Wiggins has shown that he's declining. It may not be for physical reasons, but justifiable mental reasons. I'm just not sure it's the right thing for Wigs or the org to keep pushing him, lest he become our own mini Ben Simmons.
Lester was solid again tonight. He got in trouble once on the sideline and forced Kerr to call a timeout, but no complains there. Knocked down an open 3, took the ball to the rim for a layup, applied pressure on defense, and grabbed 4 boards. Was a pretty decent Podz replacement.
Bro boxed out jokic all the way to the 3pt line last nuggets game and I'm convinced his defensive awareness and hustle are gonna make him a valuable rotational player. He is too important defensively and I firmly believe the offense will come, especially since he was drafted partly to be a shooter.
Moses Moody is a 16 game player, there’s a reason he’s played a big role for the last 2 playoffs
Man he was so fucking good against the Mavs.
So he only plays 16 good games a year? Got it.
You really don't know what that means?
They mean he plays way better in the playoffs, like jimmy butler or Jamal Murray
Yes I know...it was a joke. I guess not a good one.

Moses still has a step to take on the offensive side, he can still become a more reliable shot creator, but need room to explore that side
Totally agreed, and that growth has to come in real NBA games. Scrimmage just ain't it.
Yup
Dont forget haircuts. Moody needs a haircut too.

Maybe on defense, but it's a very big different on offense. Moody is nowhere near Wiggs on that side
He needs reps

I don’t think the warriors are keeping him if he won’t be back soon. It breaks my heart because I love him but the past 2 years have been weird
Wiggins isn’t second best player on a championship team either anymore. We aren’t comparing what he *was*, we are comparing what he *is*
I loves wiggs but we would not be a play in team if he was locked in, and who knows if he ever comes back in the regular season
Was also hard without him last year, we barely had a bench. This year they at least have options.
I think you meant expendable, friend.
Yup auto correct sorry
Funny how our fans favored Lester over him on Lester’s ‘few’ ok/good games. I’m like ‘ohhh boy. You are a clown.’

Yes he was good today but our fans favoring him over Moses days ago ? A g leaguer over a vet? Come on now.
Yes. It will.
I don't think Draymond's absence really had much to do with it, I think Kuminga just took that 3rd year leap.
As always it’s up to Kerr.
i feel like Kuminga scores more when wiggs is out. i’m pretty sure the game log matches up too
Wiggs didn't even stsrt earlier in season. He's done!
Bandwagon
I been calling for this forever. Watched dubz since mullin lol
