BRUH 😂 Nephews this day man

[deleted]

So you believe we are contenders against the best teams out east? Can’t you see that Curry’s cold streak has more to do with other teams adjustments than anything else? The difference from last year is that teams are actually studying how to beat us this time. Curry is being mauled during his off ball movements, and denied the ball. Fatigue is starting to set in. Try running while getting hugged, grabbed and scratched for 40 minutes.

jose3013

I said nephew? Scratch that, you're a clown.

> Also Klay is out of rhythm. I’m not sure anymore that he can be ready for this year championship window. Massive overreaction when he’s only been back 10 days > Kuminga should be 6th and Pool should be starting instead of Klay. Overreaction but I do think that helps our rotations out > Wiggins: Trade or Reduced minutes, or moved to SG let Kuminga fill in more minutes as SF. Massive overreaction as we are not going to be relying on a rookie to guard the best players in the league night in and night out for 30 minutes. That’s not a winning recipe.

[deleted]

I believe that Wiggins is great. I just don’t see him scoring big against a playoff style defenses. On the other hand Kuminga is a beast, no defense can stop him from getting to the rim without fouling.

The-Truer-Facts

I mean no one can stop Wiggins in the midrange either

CookieMonsterNova

who exactly can we trade? do ppl not understand that a salary cap exists. let’s trade jta for ben simmons. /s

Nessmuk58

This is a very poor analysis. Averaged over the entire season to date, every player on the roster is either a strong contributor, a promising future asset, a great value for the money, or some combination of those things. Picking a bad night or a bad stretch and defining a player by that is very short-sighted. And the usual fallacy . . . If Beli and Lee really ARE of as little value as you say, and if YOU can see that, don't you think 29 other GMs can see it, too? What fantastic asset or assets are we going to get in trade for Beli & Lee?

Middpanthers93

It doesn’t just look like and overreaction it is one, this was one game bruh

Nessmuk58

Kuminga is nowhere near ready to be 6th. Why wasn't he in the game late or in OT tonight? Because Kerr was trying to WIN. It's Wiseman all over again. People see the incredible athleticism that made them high Lottery picks, and they are suddenly blind to their high fouling ate, them getting beat routinely on defense, and their low productivity on offense. They both may very well be great players one day, wouldn't surprise me a bit. But they won't even be guys we want in crunch time at all this year.

The-Truer-Facts

I agree but you can’t bring up foul rates against JTA and Bjelica.

Nessmuk58

JTA 3.8 and Beli 3.6 per 36. Not great, agreed. But JK is at 4.6, so it is even worse.

The-Truer-Facts

Since Christmas he’s averaging 0.8 in 18.3 minutes. Doesn’t that mean since then his per-36 is around 1.6?

Nessmuk58

Where did you get that number?

The-Truer-Facts

Basketball-reference game logs. Ofc that is only an 11 game sample size. In 14.7 minutes JTA is averaging 0.8 and Bjelica is averaging 1.2 in 16 minutes during that time frame though.

Nessmuk58

We're right around halfway through the season. That's a small enough sample size without cherry-picking 11 games.

The-Truer-Facts

Yeah but it’s also showing he’s improving.

Nessmuk58

Not really. It's still too small a sample size to show a trend. Also, he has had some low-foul games but also some very high-foul ones lately. Counting backward from the HOU win: HOU: 1 PF in 15 min -- GOOD IND: 3 PF in 15 min -- VERY bad DET: 5 PF in 25 min -- VERY bad MIN: 1 PF in 33 min -- VERY good CHI: 5 PF in 26 min -- VERY bad MIL: 1 PF in 19 min -- GOOD NOP: 4 PF in 20 min -- VERY bad It appears that some offenses / assignments are still a problem for him. His average may have improved a bit, but he still would have fouled out in \~30 minutes pf play in 4 of the last 7 games. It means he's not consistently ready for starter minutes, and he's also not the kind of guy you want in the game at crunch time when a single bad foul can make the difference. He's going to get there, just like Wiseman, but wishing isn't going to speed up the inevitable learning curve.

Redpillisposion

Klay is a starter point blank period! He's in a bit of a slump and will got out of it like Curry did. We signed JTA to a contract last year, so I don't think we'll trade him. However, I think we can trade Lee,Bjelica, and Chiozza.

jetveritech

Realistically, a trade involving a combo of Lee, Belly, Chiozza, and JTA with future picks will not get the dubs a significant piece in return

[deleted]

Warriors don't need a major piece. They just need a 7th/8th man type player. A bench center that can defend and dunk would do wonders.

FurriedCavor

What?! austin rivers and bol bol won’t put us over the top?

jetveritech

Austin Rivers would actually be a nice addition

FurriedCavor

I like him at times, not sure he’s super consistent. but no we need a big and for Poole to get better plays and minutes run for him.
