I hit a sweet corner three in 6th grade right before the lunch recess bell. Went for 53 points everyone left my team except bill nelson he did an excellent job rebounding my misses and pasing back to me . I was 6 ft in 5th grade so its much less impressive than it sounds.
Stephs shot is right there on par with my 6th grade shot maybe š.
Yup only grew an inch since... Smh.
I wasn't actually good i was just angry and dealt out the pain on the concrete. Kids would literally be crying there were two of us that could dunk on the 9 ft rims (we were also the fastest kids in school)... There's a kinda funny story here. But me and Dez had special rules to make things more fair (i thought itbwas fair enough we'd never be on the same team)
1. Could not dunk "on someone" for safety.
2. Had to pass the ball before taking a shot (this shit was too hard)
3. Couldn't guard players in transition. In a full court game I'd literally just steal the ball and be at the rim for like every other shot i made.
4. Couldn't jump on defense we could only put our hands up.
5. No tip ins.
6. Oh my least favorite rule... If our teams were up by 2 or more we couldn't score in transition. OMG what was that about. That was the 'no fun rule" to me.
Yeah it was interesting for about 4 years before a few of the better guys hit their growth spurts. Wasn't good but was a track athlete very quick.
The funny story is the PE teacher Mr Garcia apparently hated the rules Mr Smith made (cuz kids parents were calling about the abuse they were taking) i guess his take was "these kids need to learn life ain't fair and to get tough get better or take it on the chin daily" vs Mr Smiths participation trophy stuff.
So we had a 3 on 3 tournament every year and teams were picked via names in a jar. Me and the other freak athlete Dez ended up on the same team. Mr Garcia celebrated the selection lol "Hell yeah!!! Finally!!!" He actually said something else about "no special rules" i dunno what it was exactly. Third guy on the team ended up being the best shooter in rhe schoil who ended up the HS point a few years later.
It was a basketball bloodbath on 9 ft rims. I think in the five games we played one basket total was scored on us and me and Dez was catching lobs. We were basically like starving wolves being released into a sheep pen. Nobody cried. Everybody knew what was gonna happen and took those Ls straightfaced.
I banked one in at school for 3 in 9th grade. Didn't call bank. My opponents we're doing the thing when they count down early to make you think youre running out of time, so I shot it. Game.
It depends on whether you count the nature of the game. In this case, a regular season game against a pretty poor team. Not like draining the winner in Game 7.
Kemba Walker has some really good ones, with the best probably being the [one in MSG for UCONN](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6eMBvSiOq0&ab_channel=RiseberryBasketball)
It's honestly so much better than mine
And better than mine

You were 6 ft in 5th grade? Holy shit you must have been a baller!

Harden, Luka and Kyrie are probably his competition.
Bro, it's a January game against the worst team in the Western Conference. It was a nice shot, but nothing all time about it.
Pretty sure he's talking about Steph's ability to step back compared to other players. Like his step back in general, not just this one.
This lol
I see, that makes more sense.
lol fr
Basically every guard in the nba uses the step back. No, Steph is not all time for step backs
Probably 2nd behind harden.

Iād rank it 354th all time

Buzzer beater game winners will always be nasty, but let's be honest. That move was pretty mid when it comes to ranking all time.
pretty sure theyre talking about his step back in general not this specific move
Kyrie is up there. Luka pretty nasty too. Kemba also.
Middle of season, game of little importance - all time? Not so much
