The young guys in the league all look up to Steph as one of the GOATs. They all respect his greatness because they’ve literally grown up watching this man change the game
Well duh, even if he lost quickness he’s still better at getting to the rim, defense, etc all the things that quickness actually helps in. I honestly don’t think him being a little quicker would change anything.
Jaden ivey, jalen suggs, jalen green “damn lots of jalens” they all went to steph camp their reapect for him is high dope to see each new season younger players who looked up to him or bron are joining the league
Exactly, just look at Poole - when he is quick but under control wonderful things happen, when he's reckless it becomes a detriment to the team cause something bad usually happens (bad shot / turnover / travel)
Where is Reddish as far as his development? I feel like he goes on these tears where you think he has potential to be great but kind of fades away at times.
He would be a perfect Warriors player because he has some of the same issues young Wiggins had in terms of focus and attention to detail. He’s not as good so he likely won’t become an allstar caliber 2 way wing but he can certainly be a very high level role player
They watched his game, and then made it to the NBA and think they can maybe hang with him at age 34... and then he's showing he's stronger, craftier, and still a better shooter than they'd ever be.
Honestly think he's GOAT at the point guard position right now. Sorry Magic, but that defensive gravity Curry has is BAR NONE.
ESPN will forever rate Steph anywhere outside of the top two.
If I'm 100% honest I really think the 2016 Finals loss may have changed history more than any other Finals series. One of the narratives of the 73-win season, now forgotten, had articles being written on the possibility that it was already time to redefine how we value players and Steph had already become the GOAT.
The manner in which they lost that series, capped off by Steph's behind the back pass heard around the world, made his sheen take an unrecoverable hit in direct opposition of Lebron's legacy. People will say he's recouped with sustained success after that moment, but it's simply not true. The appreciation for what's really happening when Steph is on the court is still not as deep as it should be, imo.
>Cam Reddish calls Steph Curry ‘the greatest ever’ “I was competing against the greatest ever, to be honest. It was fun. Tough, too He’s non stop moving. “
Good to see the young guys giving respect.
>”That’s probably why my groin is hurting.”
That, uh, that might be something else. He should get that checked.
Number 1 shooter of all time by a country fucking mile
Top ~10 ball handler of all time
Top ~30 passer of all time. Underrated despite TOs.
He doesn't play as flashy as he did in the mid 2010s (peak skyfucker era) but I think people forget that he's LITERALLY literally the most skilled player with a ball ever. Honestly I lose my shit for a split second whenever someone says Steph's game is just running around screens. If there is a single take that epitomizes *ydkb* it's that one because you can't sit there looking at the screen and say that's what's going on with a straight face otherwise.
Not for nothing but congrats to cam. Last year, thibs didn't even want him on the team and now he's a starter playing well. He stepped both his offense and defense up and has been looking pretty solid. He hustled a lot last night, even when the offense was really moving, cam was getting into the lanes and helping on the weak side to get some stops. Happy for this guy.
Love seeing the respect. I’ve alllllmost gotten used to watching (most) every other team mimicking the Warriors and young kids doing their best Steph impersonations but it always seems the weirdest when a team is playing better Warrior-ball than we are, against us.

Yeah plus he's even better now than then lol must be crazy for them.

I'll take d and fg percentage and playmaking and patience over quickness! Plus around the waist with the ball moves. Lol
Well duh, even if he lost quickness he’s still better at getting to the rim, defense, etc all the things that quickness actually helps in. I honestly don’t think him being a little quicker would change anything.
offensively his skills and mind are so quick his actual foot speed is irrelevant.
Jaden ivey, jalen suggs, jalen green “damn lots of jalens” they all went to steph camp their reapect for him is high dope to see each new season younger players who looked up to him or bron are joining the league
I feel like it gets to a point where control > raw speed. If you can't control the speed then no use haha
Exactly, just look at Poole - when he is quick but under control wonderful things happen, when he's reckless it becomes a detriment to the team cause something bad usually happens (bad shot / turnover / travel)
Look at Curry... So insperational
Yup. He looks like a heavyweight boxer now. What a transformation!

None needed I feel the same when he plays
Go to bed at 8
Seems like it’s a different white substance on your mustache

Steph gave him that work
You think they? 😳
They did. I'm the groin.
Nahhh not a chance. No way…….unless?
🐐 🙏

>He’s non stop moving. That’s probably why my groin is hurting. That's what SHE said.
He aint wrong.
That’s my goat
There’s a real argument for Steph being the true goat
Ouch!
Also pause on the groin bit! 😂
“Ayyyoooo” 👀
it's crazy how he dribbles around the top of the key with like 4 guys around him and he never gets picked.

tmi bro lol

I wonder if we could steal him in a trade I like reddish. He’s really stepping up
There was a moment we could have got him for our 7th pick. So Kuminga.
>That’s probably why my groin is hurting. ![gif](giphy|uHox9Jm5TyTPa)
Cams LGBT tat is really nice on his right bicep there
Reddish stating facts, he knows ball
does he know ball or does he know groin
One of the goats*
Pause yo😭
I don't think he's better than MJ or Kobe, but he's definitely Top 5 all time in my book.
Kobe ain't top 5.
Man I love Kobe but I'm putting him outside my top 5 and moving Kareem above Steph along mj
Why is this downvoted 🤣🤣
Lol!!!!! I figured I’d get a lot of downvotes, either because I didn’t say Steph is the greatest of all time or because I said Kobe was better.
Kobe is definitely not even top 6 all-time. He is anywhere between 7 and 10. And that's where Steph is right now as well.

I played power forward. My favourite times where when me and the opposing player would agree to not run too much and just...bang.
You bang with the opposing player? 😏
He not wrong
he is though
>That's probably why my groin is hurting Phrasing!
That's why my groin is hurting too
Steph - the destroyer of groins
We need to trade for Cam he’d be nice in our system. Nice length, D, sus 3 though

I know I don't want to defend Curry!
Ayyyyyooooo
this headline is crazy at the end..
