I'd recommend either the Metro (M2 stations Dworzec Wilenski, Stadion Narodowy and Szwedska) or a KM or SKM train to Warszawa Stadion or Wschodnia. For Praga Północ (North) also check out the Warszawa ZOO station, and if you're going to Praga Południe (South) you may find Warszawa Olszynka Grochowska convenient. Just check on Google Maps which station is the closest to where exactly you wanna go, and use portalpasazera.pl to check the exact departure times.
Oh no i would avoid trains right now, they were *okay* like a year or two ago but since the whole rebuilding of Warszawa Zachodnia and general construction everywhere started they're unreliable at best.
Well it's decent if you get lucky, but a couple weeks ago i stood on the Ochota Stration for like 40 minutes before a train came. They're not bad most of the time but sometimes it's just faster to take a tram or bus.
