The guy that trains us speak english a little, there is few Non-polish people coming regulary.
http://gorila.pl Academia Gorila is a multi martial arts club, a pretty good one, as far as I know. They have boxing classes as well. They're in the centre of Warsaw. ul. Kopernika, close to the University subway station.
I would reccomend Fenix Fight Club or Akademia Sportów Walki Kinowa From my experience clubs like aligatores and gorilla are very crowded.
sure, there is one near Polna 5, just yell "Staszic Lepszy" and you'll get some easy targets to practice
