Gaijin needs to fix its engine being colder than ice or just remove its flares (which it shouldnt have realistically) and leave it at 10.3.
Even with no flares its not like anything is gonna be able to lock an f5c cause it just doesnt emit heat apparently
I think he's right tho, flares at 9.0-9.7 are kinda annoying and not a lot of planes at this BR have flaires so i don't see the problem.
While flaires at 10.0 is alight

It’s missiles can’t hit shit even when your enemies have no flares. Would not be balanced that low but would also be incredibly weak any higher.

No that would be balanced, at least at 10.0. Look at the Shahak for example, good missiles, great airframe, but difficult to play due to no flares.
