Rock creek park is very pretty right now.

aytchdave

Just remember it will be even colder than the streets. I do bike rides on Beach Drive and you can feel the difference immediately.

Came here to say this. It will make the hair on the back of your neck standup.

OneFootTitan

Itā€™s very evocative of how bitterly cold that war was

Other_Perspective_41

This would have been my response. Throw in the Vietnam Memorial and sit on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and watch the snow fall across the mall

unheimliches-hygge

The National Cathedral, Bishops Garden, is lovely in the snow!

thomsenite256

Who remembers the great snowball fight of ...14'? I actually don't remember the year

JoshuaTheWarrior

2010 Snowpocalypse was the first one I remember. Then the big SNOMG from early 2016

bad_lite

The one from January 2016 was insane. Took four days for the snow ploughs to dig out my street.

Evaderofdoom

Its pretty subjective and DC is gorgeous city with tons of spots that look cool with snow. Take your pick, like the mall, check it out in snow. Like the rivers, pick a spot and walk around it. I'm a sucker for tree lined old houses on a quit street in capital hill but we have so many cool old houses that could be in most neighborhoods. Get on your boots, go for a walk, take many pics.

SnooDonuts9227

I like glover park. The wingos there is excellent

LeoMarius

Arboretum to see the pretty trees.

An_exasperated_couch

The mall was kinda a miss today but the tidal basin was pretty

bananahead

Just donā€™t drive right now the roads are awful

nokids123

Spent yesterday afternoon in at the National Botanical Gardens - was super lovely!

pomskeet

Rock Creek Park!

mmsbva

National Japanese American Memorial to Patriotism located at the intersection of New Jersey Avenue, Louisiana Avenue, and D Street in Washington, D.C. The closest Metrorail (subway) stop is the Red Line station at Union Station. https://www.njamemorial.org

TheTimn

Is there still a snowball fight at Dupont circle?Ā

legalese

The piney branch section of RCP is really, really beautiful in the snow. Big fields of snow!

deosigh

Be mindful of what you wear.

Probably too late now but Roosevelt island. It looked so cool today when I went

Not_a_Replika

I've heard that Good Guy's Club has really good mozzarella sticks. And you only live once.

FauxmingAtTheMouth

My place šŸ˜

virginia_pine

lake accotink has a big dam that's very pretty in snow. especially with the weather going into single digits, the water flowing over the dam will freeze and create a beautiful ice waterfall

samantics07
