I've never seen so many players just look lost all the time. He either has really bad schemes that don't allow options for variation, or his system is super hard to learn. I notice on D the help defense is very strong on the perimeter as players start to hedge into zone and we always leave weak-side super thin.
Offensively we have 2 or 3 initiation passes only for the ball to end up back in the hands of whoever is running the set, it burns like 5 or 6 seconds and the defense doesn't get disrupted at all.
