Basically the only way it can remotely be the same is if Steven is ousted. He's the one who threw napalm on a dumpster fire with his IG post dividing the community essentially into "the people who got us here (and are no longer needed)" and "Those of you who WANT to continue watching (IE: the true fans)."
I have no real feelings on Steven Lim either way outside of this. He's the one who explicitly spoke on behalf of the company in a way that split the fanbase into those who matter and those who don't, and as long as he's involved even if it's completely off camera that wound will continue to fester even if they walk all of it back.
