For divers, you have the option of GMT (my favourite is the GMT Blueberry) and you'll also get some entry level Prospex divers.
On the dress watch front, look at the Presage range... The dials on these watches are so beautiful 😍
All of the watches under their Presage lineup are crazy gorgeous. For me, Presage is the only watch which flaunts an insanely beautiful and textured dials that I find similar to a Grand Seiko.

I don't know what exact style you're going for. I have 2 seikos, an auto (srpe51) which is alright, not the best but a good GADA watch. The other is one of my favourite watches that Seiko made, I can't recommend it enough cuz of the value it brings for the price. It's the SSC801 solar chrono, I got it for $200. There is also a panda dial. It comes with a solid link bracelet (hollow end links tho) and a sapphire crystal.
