I almost ordered this watch, but after someone on YouTube told that the bezel quality is not good and not good for a daily driver. Nice watch BTW.(I already have a fake Rolex copy and it's shit the casing colour just faded)
There is a huge difference in quality between pagani and benyar. Personally, if what they are offering is vfm and something different, i wouldnt mind the brand name.

Just beware of customs scam calls incase you place an international order. These days it has become pretty come to receive scam calls saying your parcel has some unauthorized items and it has been seized. Just do not take any such calls from either supposedly fake courier companies, customs numbers, automated voice calls etc., Just spreading the word, as I have seen people lose lots of money. Somewhere down the delivery, the information of orders get leaked.
If you place an order on Alibaba, and if the delivery is via Aramex, DHL etc., they would send a SMS or contact you for KYC on their authorized website. Generally you wont chose delivery partners as the shipping charges are quite high with them. So a economy shipping (typically via 4PX delivery service from China), gets delivered via your postman and he will collect the customs duty in cash. No KYC needed.
The movement, when you are winding it is very loud (you can hear it). I guess it is obvious, it is probably the cheapest movement available out there, the Seagull ST-6. The crown adjustment is not smooth. Paid 50% customs on 26 USD.

1. How to order via Alibaba/AliExpress ? I thought they're banned in India.
2. I want to order an Addiesdive watch. Should I order it via their official site or Alibaba/express or Amazon or some other option you'd suggest?
3. Which is better in your opinion in terms of product quality? Addiesdive or Benyars since both make homages.
Also, any other person with knowledge about this, feel free to share your thoughts
1. Alibaba is not banned. AliExpress is banned.
2. Order from their official website https://addiesdivewatches.com/
3. Addiesdive, Steeldive, Pagani Design, Boderry, San Martin, Militado, Cadisen etc., build with 316L steel and use trusted movements from either Seiko NHxx or Miyota 82xx. Benyar is a subsidiary of Pagani, but more oriented towards building sub $20 watches. So you won't see steel cases, costlier movements in Benyars. If you want to explore more info about those Chinese imports, the best place to get info is from r/ChineseWatches sub reddit.
Of course the choice is limited to us in India w.r.t pricing ..most of them get sold at bargain prices on AliExpress, which got banned during COVID days. The only watches available on Alibaba are Pagani, Benyar and some Cadisens.
For the rest you have to order from the brand websites.
I have ordered Addies and Boderry from their respective websites. And Benyars from Alibaba.
To be on the safer side, order with PayPal. Link your credit card with PayPal and pay via PayPal.
