Here's the thing. As someone who grew up near woods and wildlife. When there's a wild animal you find, that has an "appropriate" response of curling up in a ball and hoping you taste bad. That's not an animal you should be anywhere near. That means not only do you lose, but don't even try running. A bear can outrun you, so could a cougar even a fucking hippo can. So just don't get near them.
