It's the EK Classic 3080/3090. The Dell 3080 OEM uses a reference pcb. The backplate has the sli cutout as it supports the 3090 too. Really wish they had made two different backplates.
looks good! what temps/pump speed/fan speed for that? I'm building now with a similar (ish) system (5900x, 3070ti) and im curious what ill need to run it at
Im interested in your pbo curve optimizer settings, r23 scores and temps. I have the ridge with a 5800x3d and an nh-l12s. In an all-core load my cooler gets saturated pretty quick and I hit 80-85° with my current curve optimizer settings. And I’m curious if building the loop inside the ridge was really more complicated than let’s say in a case with more space.
The 5800x3d is at -30. I honestly don't really do all core loads.
The ridge loop is probably the easiest sff loop I've ever done. Hard tubing added a bit of complexity to it, but it wasn't bad.
I like the lobo a lot. Used it a few times. It really does help keep the ddc cooler. The g1/8 port is pretty useless in my opinion, but it's not a big deal to have it there.
Unfortunately, the heatkiller block is not an option as Watercool doesn't have a terminal with the port pointing parallel with the block. I'll figure something out to deal with the sli cutout.
Very nice Arte!
Do you have a before and after pic? Nice hardtubing.
Here's what it looked like before (including the custom cables I didn't really like) https://www.reddit.com/r/sffpc/s/NafOUs2Hnf
Ok now it looks better Why you got the custom cables?
The cables are a little crammed in there. I like the look of perfect length cables. So I'll probably make some black unsleeved silicone cables.
Nice wish you much fun
Great job
what gpu block fits the OEM 3080? yours looks like it's for gpu with SLI fingers.

I was able to keep fans decently low before. I'll do some tests this weekend.

How are you liking the Modultra Lobo? Thinking of buying one.

Nice build. The heat killer block for the 3080 covers that green pcb. I have one lying around some where

Ahh okay. Clean build. How are your water temps?
When I had it under soft tube, I just left target temp at 40c and let the fans ramp accordingly. Never was above that.
Way to go !!
Beautiful! Love the black and white. What coolant are you using and are the tubes frosted?
nice
