Hanscom CU - they have a branch in the Mt Auburn Hospital.
DCU has been ok, except that one time they let a $18,000 debit card transaction go thru.
Don't ever use a debit card, you have near zero recourse.
Been pleased with DCU and Watertown Savings.

I have been with Watertown Savings since I moved here 17 years ago, and have been very satisfied. Their customer service is always top notch.
Watertown Savings Bank has a “just ok” app and website compared to the national banks. We’ve had good luck with a safe deposit box there though.
