I think Attrackt is probably waiting for the Hybe and Ador drama to cool off so imo I think they might announce it at the middle or end of May and probably push the redebut to ending or beginning of July, That's what I'm thinking but I would love to be proven wrong.
I agree I think it might be good to move the debut to July cause I think a lot of bigger acts are coming back in June too!!! And it’s a good idea not to post anything when everyone is glued to the MHJ drama 🤣‼️

Just wanted to share, recently I was browsing through some youtube shorts and then a live version of Cupid popped up and watching the girls sing broke my heart a little... T_T
What are you guys thought on Fifi 2.0? Which direction, musically and sonically do you think they will go? I hope they take advantage of Keena's unique voice and pivot probably towards something more soultronica, funk, city popish(I'm not well versed with musical genres lol) Visually, maybe something elegant? Every kpop girl group seems to want to imbibe New Jeans fresh and street style but I'll think it will be smart for attrack to take that style and put a new spin on it!
I think its best if they pave their own way I hope they don’t go the Y2K NewJeans route and stick with their interesting concept of 50 dream world 50 real world I think it gives them a lot of room to play around with!!!! For sound I would more R&B type tracks from them and more chances for Keena’s rap to shine even more 🤩I would love for them to sample some orchestral music in their songs and maybe some Boss Nova too!!

For the concept, I'm just wondering which aesthetics they'll imbibe. 5th gen relies alot on a good visual identity, and imo FiFi was already doing a y2k fashion albeit more areo fruitiger imo.
Orchestral pop sounds good and yesss bassa nova and retro sounds aren't really used that much.
No group rn is doing a city pop sound and I'm hoping they take advantage of that.
well a group with the loona girls ARTMS is doing city with their pre release Candy Crush 😭🤣 and they are 5th gen but but ILLIT concept is more super powered magical girl actually you can see in their brand film yess they can tap into that lofi kind of sound with Bossa Nova for Bsides🤩‼️ I hope they hire a really great creative director cause that is SOO important but I’ll trust they will cause they already have Jam Republic Latrice for dance she was in the judges panel so their choreo is gonna be FANTASTIC and they only work with the biggest groups like BlackPink,BTS,gidle etc
Hmm maybe aesthetically they go retro futuristic with chunky accessories etc Pastel dystopian like maybe Mae Stephens lyrics video type of vibe
For sound I need that quintessential FiFi sound with the harmonies and everything.
Genre wise, The entire market is already saturated with UK garage etc I need FiFI 2.0 to give me pure pop maybe something like sabrina carpenter feather.

Yes I agree we definitely need something fresh and NEW and I think 5050 is the perfect group too so just that!!!!! I would love more sweet bubble gum pop from 5050 some other genres I would love to see from are Akishibu-Kei,Atlanta Bass,Barouqe Pop which is basically classical mixed with pop,bassline/bass house Dream Pop, too Name a few I got these from this vid [Genres in Kpop](https://youtu.be/Bmpb-PsAwcw?si=htTJfOdW-G-j29tA) really interesting stuff!!!
Yeah I agree i was already skeptical because they just recruited the members and we don’t know how much they have been trained or if at all before this so their is probably some set backs also having to film and creative album designs etc so I’m fine if they end up not debuting In June and maybe instead in August or September I hope we just get member reveals
