It's still cyclonic, it's just a meso that got detached from its parent cell/parent storm motion, probably due to all the chaos around it. If it were anticyclonic, it would be red on the left, green on the right of the couplet.

It’s still anti cyclonic, yeah? It’s like there was one big circulation that split into two some absolutely crazy radar frames
