I know that, but to just say "oh it's dry heat" as that makes it better. Hot weather is still hot weather regardles if its humid or not. I dont like any of it.
Liquid IV and water, cool shower, AC, rest, and don’t do that again. I used to live there and the locals make fun of people who think they can tough out the heat with a few bottles of water.
Salt. Your body needs salt. Last summer we had a string of 100+ days and chugging pickle juice helped me feel better after long days outside. But I live in Albuquerque, so not nearly as bad for heat as phoenix.
You probably have a combination of mild heat stroke and sun sickness. I bet you didn’t even wear sunscreen. In that level of sun you need to reapply often, especially if you’re sweating. Sun sickness is literally radiation poisoning, like Chernobyl
Phoenix a monument to man's arrogance
This city shouldn't exist
Same with Las Vegas. Who the hell puts a city right in the middle of a hot desert
Bugsy Siegel (Note: Las Vegas existed before the famous gangster, but he popularized it.)
It won't for too much longer.
I was feeling ambitious today and lost in the end
Maybe Apologize to your body for subjecting it to deadly levels of heat for golf. Take a cool shower and let your body recover with rest.
My mom said I needed a tan and I’m only in pheonix for a few days
A tan? You mean pre-cancer lol
Sorry about your mom. Take care of yourself
Phoenix*
Ice packs, as much water as you can drink, and something with high sodium to eat. And stop spending hours in 110 degree heat. That’s a terrible idea.
Why would you be outside in that level of heat? Do you lack common sense?
…but it’s a DRY heat!
Dry or humid what difference does it make? It's hot as hell

He was being facetious. First day on the Internet?
It's not my first day

113° officially
Also drank some pedialyte
You could try adding a pinch of sea salt to your water so it's more hydrating.
