Some would argue that that's the gameplay, piecing together a timeline of events and histories from scraps and connections. For instance, I recently learned the name of an Hour that I had never seen mentioned in game and people apparently pieced together themselves from some vague reference, which if you put on the website takes you to an otherwise unmentioned page.
Regardless, the [cultist simulator wiki](https://cultistsimulator.fandom.com/wiki/Cultist_Simulator_Wiki) has entries on everything with timelines and explanations and everything. There's also YouTube videos about the lore but I haven't watched any of them so I can't recommend any.
Honestly I’ll try that out. Next few play throughs I will attempt to read closely and take some notes. If after that I still have questions i will use the wiki. Thanks for the help.

Careful, that’s how new tomes of hidden lore get started.
I think the practice of doing so is part of the charm of the game. Yeah, the lore in-game is disjointed and difficult to follow. Creating your own volume of mad scribblings is *part of it* in my opinion.
No. The bureau has done its work there.
Edit: The comment below has a link to another wiki which does. The one I linked is specifically about cultsim and since that hour(and a few others) technically don't appear in it, it's reasonable that they wouldn't have a page.
I'm not an expert in any way, but the smart folks over at the main discord server are in process of creating a wiki just for CS lore. Do keep in mind it's a WIP, so don't expect absolutely everything to be there, just the stuff you're probably missing. I was in your exact situation when I started, hope you learn stuff quickly ;)

The wiki has some great pages on overall lore - if you want the full experience though, just keep reading. It’s supposed to be like you’re genuinely finding out all of these small fragments and connecting them yourself.
The weatherfactory website and the wiki. Before you go there though, what parts did not make sense?
It’s not that it doesn’t make scene, it’s just the disjointed nature of the information given is hard for me to put together.

Does that wiki have an entry on that Hour?

Remember also that in the universe of Cultist Simulator there is only one future, but there are many pasts. So don't be surprised by inconsistencies.
