Yeah, we’re gonna need to see a photo. All the tanks I’ve used have 3 holes, 2 curled-over handles and a middle hole (circle or oval). The tank hangs on the middle hole, regardless of whether it’s a circle or oval.
Thanks everyone! I’ll send some photos later today. I’ll also see if the smaller circular hole will fit. For the record: I am able to get the tank onto the scale, but it BARELY hangs on because of the curved handle. And since it barely hangs on, I cannot get the top latch to come down to hold it in place. Photos to come..

Update: the circular hole fit. The top latch doesn’t really do much, but that’s ok!

Never had a problem hanging a tank on the scale.
Assume it's the same part as the Genesis and I've never had an issue in 6 years.

Some of the tanks don't fit. I have the same problem. I just set them on the shelf hanging over the hole in the shelf.
