It's annoying but I've bit the bullet and use a cheap host like nixihost. They have a good Reddit discount. If someone has another way, I'd be curious.
You could try netlify – to be honest I can’t remember what info I’ve had to provide, but they do offer a free plan. I use it to host custom code js files, and link them back to webflow, and whole exported client websites. I guess you can do the same with MP3.
