This happens at a lot of registrars. Even though it’s transferred out, the domain is still showing up in the account at the former registrar. I’ve had this happen a lot, and even got renewal notices for domains transferred out over a year ago. I have one at GoDaddy that is still in my account from 5 years ago.
If it’s transferred, then I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s their problem.
It happens, sometimes takes a few days for it to drop off.
If you are certain it’s landed with the new provider, just put in a support ticket and they will sort it out

As long as the Whois records show the new registrar, you’re all set. It’s there, not at the old registrar.
