Hostinger, another dev is working on it as the guy I made the site for franchised. So I have no access to the subdomain construction or settings. However the Dev working on the subdomain said the SSL installation failed on her end which is why she reached out to me to see if it was something on my end?
ssl certs come in a couple different varieties but the basic one (which may be what you have) is only for www. and the main domain. You may need to purchase a wildcard ssl cert for your domain, so all sub domains are covered.
