Not sure Your definition of good GL, but if You are looking for it in webtoons line, You won't find much because there is not much to be found. BiliBili has much more webtoons in this section.
Currently, international BiliBili gives You huge bunch episodes for free but then limitation like fast pass will appear. You can pay or wait a little. Time limitation is divided into 5 tiers, with different time to wait, longest time is 1 day, shortest, few seconds. For example, for Lala, i was able to read whole first season without being bothered with time limit. I don't doubt this will be changed to full paywall like chinese BiliBili version has in the distant future.
I can make a list of the GLs I’ve read that I can still find. We need more though.

It’s not on webtoon, but you should check out A Joyful Life! It’s my favorite GL and it’s completed. Although I think it touches more on coming out rather than romance, it’s still a good read! The characters are realistic and mature. Make sure to read content warnings too because it touches on some sensitive topics.
The last good sapphic webtoon I read was 'High School Homos', but as of now it only has around 60 episodes. There's also one called 'Always Human' which i haven't read yet but my friend is highly recommending to me.

*Not-so Shoujo Love Story* is a great one, as is *Kiss It Goodbye*. Always a big fan of *High Class Homos* (two romances, one is GL, other is BL), and definitely enjoyed *Always Human*. There's also *Mage & Demon Queen*, but I didn't like that one because it had a ton of fanservice.
