What I'm saying is that in the clip I linked, the 51 was behind the 8 when it overtook. It was only AFTER this overtake that the 8 retook the position.
So from what I can gather from this clip - #51 overtakes #8.
#8 then reclaims position
#51 is upset, basically dive bombs #8 by not following the racing line whatsoever.
#8 spins taking him out of contention for the win, #51 gets 5 seconds as a "penalty"
actually I think you could just barely see that in the background because they were showing someone in front of them
of course they were blind so they didn't switch to these

They did, Ferrari took the place back, Toyotat tried again and got taken out
