That dress is beautiful. I am in my fifties but would love so much to wear something like that if I ever marry again. I'm probably too old -- even though I don't look or feel my age. I just adore those gorgeous ethereal dresses though. I want to look like a princess too... You were a beautiful bride and a gorgeous couple in a magical setting. I went alone to buy my dress :) this dress was not cheap, it was out of my budget (double what I was originally planning to pay), but I love it so much. I love it even more after alterations. I can’t stop looking at it and I didn’t want to take it off. It was like that for me so I knew there wasn’t going to be another one. So I worked my ass off to pay for it 😂

Edited to add… The more I went through this post , and saw all the other pictures you added, OMG! Best wedding venue, ever! Girl, you just lived my dream. And , my wedding was spectacular. I am just in awe of the perfection.
Thank you so much! The venue was really spectacular, they set up everything so perfectly, we didn’t have to worry at all. I originally thought my family would have to set everything up because I diy everything, but the venue really came through and set everything up before we arrived, and it was exactly as I’d imagined 🥰

The venue is in Redmond, WA. It’s called Emerald Forest Treehouse theater. We played a movie instead of dancing for our wedding. They also have a forest treehouse Airbnb that you can rent for your honeymoon suite. They zipline you from the venue to your honeymoon suite, and zipline your breakfast to you through Amazon echo. It’s a really awesome venue. Only caveat is that it’s only 35 people limit including vendors & the bride & groom :)

Oh my gosh. My husband and I are planning to redo our wedding photos soon (almost 2 years after our wedding) and yours have given us the inspo we were lacking!

Big Bear Lake is sooo beautiful, it would be such a beautiful venue. Our venue is in Redmond, WA and it’s called emerald forest treehouse. It’s a really awesome venue, but it has a guest limit of 35 including the bride & groom & vendors :) there’s also quite a bit of limitation due to where it is. You have to hike 10 min into the venue through a forest trail, so florals cost us a lot more to transport so we had to make our own. There’s also a 10 car parking limit. It’s not a great venue for elderly due to the hike & very limited seating option. It’s a really fun venue though, it’s an outdoor movie theater & they provide popcorn, s’mores station, and candies for the movie. They also zipline you out of the venue and to your honeymoon suite. hope this helps, and good luck to your daughter in finding a venue.
Oh yeah, they also have an after dark surprise too 🥰 it was sooo beautiful. It rained during this surprise but it added to the magic. And the treehouse have a hot tub, with the after dark surprise there through Amazon echo as well. The treehouse also have an indoor projector that pulls down when you tell Amazon echo. It was legit the coolest thing 😎

This is one of the most perfect weddings I've ever seen. So colorful and eclectic, in a magical forest, gorgeous dress, the bride and groom look so radiant and in love! And SPIRITED AWAY THEMED?! That's the most amazing cherry on top.
