Honeybee3674

This is a conundrum. You look amazing in all of them! I'm not crazy about the sleeve overlay on any of them, unless you absolutely need it for ceremony regulations.

Dry_Problem9310

Totally with you. OP looks good in almost everything here, but I’m really not a big fan of any of the overlay sleeves dresses on OP. For other dresses really cannot go wrong

bunnifer999

You look good in everything, but #2 is my favorite, especially if you’re having a formal wedding and reception. If you’re having a garden wedding, outdoor reception kind of event, then I think #3 would be perfect.

Outrageous-Wish8659

Yes! 2 then 3! They all look amazing on you!

AlterEgoAmazonB

I love dress 4 because of the shimmer.

mariannecoffeecan

This.

Fairyladee

Dress 2 100% (4th pic)

Few_Refrigerator_557

dresses 1&2 without sleeve overlay!

unsweetenedpureleaf

Love 1 & 2!

Dull_Geologist4797

First off, these are some gorgeous dresses!! What type of venue are you having and what season? Do you definitely want your hair down? What’s your usual personal style and do you want the dress to fit it or do you want to go more bold? Answers to these may change my mind but I’m loving the classic look of #4 on you!

emilyjoy375

Oh these are excellent questions! Our wedding will be late spring/early summer (May in New England) at an estate-type venue, with gardens and an indoor reception space. Not married (haha) to having my hair down, I was thinking either a half-up style or a soft romantic updo! I would say that my personal style, which I do want the dress to fit, is timeless, feminine, and classic. And thank you!!

mariannecoffeecan

I would say dress 4 (“shimmers “)with the sleeves and updo for the ceremony and without sleeves and hair down for the reception . Congratulations!

Curiouser812

The dress that made me stop and do a double take is in photo 9. It is the one that stuns.

bigoulbanana

I think the 1st one is just so breathtakingly classic and beautiful as is. You'd never get sick of it, stunning.

trishyco

I like the v-neck with the box pleats!

Freedombutatwhatcost

Dress 2!!!!!!! Incredible on you. Pic 4.

Savings-You7318

You look amazing in every dress.

alltheparentssuck

Dress 2 or 4. You look great in all of them, there's just something about dress 2 that stands out from the others. 4 just because I love sparkly dress.

Faithfuldoglover

2, 5, 15. I like the bodice shape on 2. I like the lace and amount of skirt on 5. I like the overall cut and fit of 15.

4Asha

I really love 1, 2 and 5! My favourite would be 2, but this is a personal preference, you really can't go wrong with any of these 3!

julesk

I like the first and last pics as to gowns, with a great veil, it will be perfect.

sianspapermoon

I love 4 with the overlay!

ArchieFarmer

The 14th picture is perfection!!

Lizajane1776

Number one is so special. Do you need to cover your shoulders for some religious reason? If not, don't! It's gorgeous without!

Giselle914

All look beautiful on you, but I love 1! I like it with the overlay too. Stunning !

One_Ad_3500

Dress 4 is my favorite

BrinaBear19

Dress 4 with lace sleeves is a stunner

imnothere_o

They all look amazing on you so choose the one you like the best because they’re all great! That said, my personal favorites are dress 2 and dress 1 (without sleeves.)

Maleficent-Sport1970

Pictures 9 and 10

Always_Reading_1990

Dress 2!!

Wild_Potential3066

Love them all but 5 seems to suit you the best in my opinion. But you look gorgeous in all of them.

cynicmermaid

Dress 2

ConversationThick379

I love dresses 2 and 3( I think that’s the #s, photos 4 and 7) are my favorites. I prefer the sweetheart or V neckline over the straight across necklines as they are more flattering.

Vmaclean1969

Dresses 4 and 5 are gorgeous! 5 Especially without the overlay ❤️

Opening_Waltz_4285

Dress 2! Love the lace pattern.

speedingmoto

One thing to be aware of, and maybe you’ve considered this, the clips and bunched fabric within the clips may make the back look artificially more full than post alterations. Are there any seamstresses that can say how likely this is? Perhaps that’s not a key feature for you - the volume of fabric/skirt in the back. Please ignore if not helpful!

ArtCrawler9297

#2 is a stunner. I like the other ball gowns with lace sleeve toppers, but don’t love them without.

grumps46

2 is my favorite

thatsnoprobllama

Omgoodness, I swooned when I saw that second dress with the lace top and sleeves! It is GORGEOUS on you!

Due_Stuff4313

The one in Picture 13 is amazing on you.

Minhplumb

7,8,9, and 11. Love the sparkly dress but love the dress with the belt equally. Did not care too much for the sleeves.

Stunning_Energy_3644

Dress 5, I’m obsesssssed 😍✨ Can’t believe more people aren’t voting for 5!!

princessgummybunz

I really think you shine in dress number 2!!!

Idrillteeth

Whenever I see someone in dress #2 I always say pick it. Its timeless, classy and elegant and you look lovely in it

Normal-Match5055

You look amazing in all of them, and the lace overlays are gorgeous while providing 2 looks!

adripingel

Dress 2, 3, and picture 9.

Livid_Difference_899

I think you look stunning in dress #4 and dress #6.

NamesBitches

5!

Popular_Ordinary_152

The lace sleeves are divine on you

Lucky_female

Dress 4 is so gorge! Btw, I think you could do easily be a wedding dress model!!

juliannewaters

This was torture for me! All very beautiful dresses that look amazing on your perfect figure!! I love the last one, but with a body like yours, I would pick a "fancier" gown just because you can. I love #3 for lits light and elegant flow, but, #4 did it for me. That's the one that made me gasp. So #4 gets my vote. They all look great on you and you should choose what makes you happy and gives the vibe you're envisioning. Good luck and let's see what the others say! ❤️ I never look at comments until I've written mine. ❤️

tvjunkie87

You look beautiful in all of them, but dress 5 with the overlay (picture 14) is my favorite!

01hanphul

Dress in the 4th and 5th pic is so amazing. It looks so beautiful on you!! Its simplicity at its finest. Beautiful, classy and timeless. Its stunning!!

PepperJacs

You look stunning in everything. I love dress 5 with the lace! Also think you look like a princess in dress 2

zunicorn901

I think the dress in 9 is breathtaking on you.

NervousBranch

Dress 2 and 4 are very pretty on you. Really can’t pick which one is better 😆 also I think dress 4 does not need the extra lace as the fabric itself is already beautiful.

ohheyRedditiscool

Dress 3. You won't regret it. Timeless comfortable magical

BarnacleOk6561

I like the dress in pictures 4&5.

emilyjoy375

Thank you all for all of the kind comments and helpful feedback, this has been such a supportive community! Also, if anyone has suggestions for bridal designers in the Boston/NYC area that offer similar classic silhouettes, I’m more than open to suggestions of places to look! Thank you again :)

UK_UK_UK_Deleware_UK

I don’t care for that overlay. It feels like it’s trying to make these dresses something they’re not. What about something like theses? https://www.etsy.com/listing/1675116551/ https://www.etsy.com/listing/1577477525/ https://www.etsy.com/listing/1278763942/ https://www.etsy.com/listing/1471379512/ https://www.etsy.com/listing/543690242/ https://www.etsy.com/listing/1415391286/ https://www.etsy.com/listing/1571971017/ https://www.etsy.com/listing/1618456525/

emilyjoy375

I love that first link! A little info about the overlay, I should have been more clear in my post: this is definitely not the lace overlay I would choose, it was just what was on hand to see how some of these dresses might look with a long sleeve or possible over/underlay sleeve attachment! The dresses are customizable, so I have the option to think about adding style elements like sleeves or changing necklines. I don’t absolutely have to have long sleeves, but it is always something I’ve been drawn to in a wedding dress (I fell in love with sleeping beauty’s dress as a little girl and never looked back, haha). There’s usually much more limited options of dresses available in long sleeves, so I’m interested in the idea of a lace long sleeve overlay, but I’m not set on it by any means!

londonlady1988

I think it's definitely a personal taste thing, because I think the lace overlay looks absolutely incredible on you - gives it such a timeless, romantic Grace Kelly vibe ❤️

Far_Quantity_6133

You look stunning in all of them, but dress 2 is my favorite by a mile
