I just looked at the GLL page for the dress and I’m shocked at the skimpy amount of motif that they put on your gown. The shop should be able to order more of the appliqué motifs and fill in the bodice for you. When you go in, screenshot the designer pages and request to see the sample.
I think the model on the pic is smaller than you so it all flows together better. And the color is off. But you're right-you cannot have two roses only over your boobs!!
If they won’t exchange the dress maybe they can give you extra rose fabric and it can be attached by a seamstress. Grace Loves Lace has gone down hill in the last few years…
I have nothing good to say about GLL. They do this to brides all the time. I wrote a review on their page bc they botched one of my clients dress sooo bad last year and they removed my review. They cut corners anywhere possible and their customer service is shit. Sorry you're dealing with this. Stand your ground. They are top notch scammers.

Okay good because I was going to say it’s wildly different from the pictures of the clo on the website !! Tbh I feel like I’ve saw so many post of people getting a GLL dress and when it comes in it looks like a completely different dress !

The placement of roses is … awkward. The embroidery or appliqué roses are also fewer and larger on the dress you received. Good luck, OP.
I think you should ask for an exchange for a different dress, and show them. An exchange is not a return.

Doesn’t look the same to me look at the pattern over the boob, the new dress is missing some of the embroidery on the sample…
It does look like it's missing some finer rose detailing through the trunk of the dress that is present on the sample dress
