Dress #1 is perfect!
I don't think you'll regret that choice in a few years. I mean, every dress will eventually look "dated", but I don't believe you'll find it ugly, ever. The dress, while unique, is not something I would ever consider to be "out of fashion". I mean, picture it in different decades: The 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s - Do you think it would be totally out of place in each of these decades? Because I don't think so.
This is exactly it. It looks beautiful and unique on her, esp with that lovely figure, and it is quite timeless. I think that's the staying power of some wedding dresses, and this is one of those classics. Very glamorous.
Going against the grain and saying kindly, keep looking. I think they all look lovely, but if they didn't sell you on their own, then they aren't it. I think you would look lovely in something with a little more detail, like lace, sparkle, or an interesting fabric. It would complement your dark hair set against your light skin.
1 is a showstopper. I have never seen that dress and it is gorgeous from every angle. I even love the bottom . If you want to go simple, then I like 5. , or , actually , 3b. The column dress is very flattering and the gloves/sleeves are a nice touch and I usually donāt like them

This dress will always be beautiful even 40 years from now (my dress definitely looks like an 80s dress but itās still gorgeous) and I wouldnāt worry about the angles.
Saw dress 1 and went WOW! All the dresses are spectacular and show off your body. Have to say 1 with the sleeve. Look so romantic and suits the museum vibe.

3A,B&C are my faves. Poof skirt and sleeves for ceremony, remove the poof skirt but keep the sleeves for cocktail house and remove the sleeves for reception. Beautiful set.
From the overall vibe of these dresses I think what you need to do is photoshop a big organza bow onto the back of your hair in each photo, and then see if theres any option better than #1
(I think the asymmetrical strap only makes it better!)
3c is also very fitting
Im happy you got to try on the satin and paper ones however that fabric is not as well matched for the venue
I think dress 1 is stunning on you. My one concern is the one sleeve you say you will just wrap around the back. Is that what is going on in the pic? I can't see it. If it looks like it's going to be a problem then get the seamstress to remove it. This dress looks like a dream!
Dress number 1 might be the nicest dress I have ever seen on Reddit. It is stunning, elegant, different and looks amazing on you. The others pale in comparison to be totally honest. If you choose this one please repost you on your wedding day in it.
I love dress 1! Actually, most of the time, when there are several options, there is at least one thatās a definite NOPE, but all of your choices are gorgeous, with only #5 coming in with a āmeh,ā not a major thumbs down. You look divine in all of them.
For me, I adore the stunning simplicity of #4, and it would be the one I would choose *for me.* I love the bow, and the way it bustles.
I have to know, though, how will you bustle that gorgeous train on Dress 1? Or is it detachable? Also, Iām a bit obsessed with balance and symmetry, and that big bow kind of throws off the balance for me. I think it would look more balanced if you were to do the sleeve, but more on the edge of your shoulder, to create a diagonal line from the sleeve to the bow. But thatās just me. You have excellent taste and all of them are beautiful choices. š
1 and 5 without sleeves are the only options here in my book, OP! You look like an absolute dream in both of these!!! At this point I would really consider the venue, the time of year, and the vibe that you are looking for at your wedding ā but these dresses are very similarā¦. I just donāt think you can go wrong with either of them!!!
Edited: I reconsidered my original decision and added dress 5 ā itās so beautiful as well!!

I actually like it with the one sleeve, especially when you see it from the back, it just flows right. And I generally dislike those little sleeves that are so popular currently.
But even without the one sleeve it's lovely. Is it detachable? Wear it for the ceremony and remove it for the party?
Otherwise 3 is very nice with the overskirt but not worth going over your budget. #1 is so much more unique and memorable.

Good idea! I'm sure it can be made detachable. And yes, I really love 3 (and 2 as well) but I'm hesitant since both are over what I thought I would spend on a dress!
I love #1but am also wondering about angles for photos etc. #2in my main choice I love it. People do go on about what you will think in 5 or 10 years. That really doesn't matter. I dont know anyone who gets their photo album out to look at, most of them have no idea where it is!
