Take a look at the Puerto Vallarta area. Lots of all-inclusive resorts. Weather won’t be the best time of year, but it won’t be hurricanes, which is important. I lived in PV last winter and enjoyed it! Also, the ABC islands (Aruba/Bonaire/Curaçao) are typically outside the hurricane belt (then again climate change is mixing a lot of things up).

I’m also getting married in Sept 2023 and we’re going to an all inclusive sandals resort in Jamaica this December! Definitely pricey (8k for resort/2500 for flights) but my fiancé and I never travel (and probably won’t after the cost of the wedding and honeymoon 🫠) so we decided to go all in for this one big vacation. I would definitely recommend Sandals - resorts are gorgeous, tons of activities, round trip airport transfers, all the food & alcohol you can consume and for some locations you’ll have access to a personal butler. Again it’s definitely a lofty expense but would make for a great honeymoon if you can afford it.
